Maybelline Creamy Matte Lipstick Nude Nuance Swatch
Maybelline has been winning our hearts with their latest launches. It has become a favorite drugstore makeup brand of almost every girl. I can’t stop gushing over their lipsticks. There are mattes, creamy mattes, metallic ones, super stay ones, and the list goes on. From bold red to pink, purple to nude there’s a perfect shade for every skin undertone. Then there’s this universally flattering nude shade that is made for all skin tones. I am talking about the Creamy Matte Lipstick in Nude Nuance. It is the perfect brown nude with slightly warm undertones that suits fair to medium complexion, specially Indian girls, so anyone can flaunt it with grace.
Price & Availability
Maybelline Creamy Matte lipsticks are classic bullet lipsticks. These are packed in a retractable steel package with see through matte brown cap. The entire thing is very simple and sleek in design yet the steel body adds a high end look to it.
Texture & Longevity
Maybelline Creamy Matte lipsticks have really nice creamy texture. These are highly pigmented lipsticks. You only need one (or two) swipes for maximum color payoff. They give opaque coverage and last for good 5-6 hours, fades while eating, not transfer proof but transfers in less amounts once set. I love the how smoothly this lipstick glides on my lips and does not dry out my lips without the shine. Yes, the creamy matte lipsticks have a creamy formula but looks almost matte after few minutes. If you have dry lips then these lipsticks are meant for you. I like to use it during the winters because I don’t feel the need of a lip balm while wearing this.
The shade Nude Nuance is a warm brown. So it will be a perfect brown nude shade for people with warm undertone. (To know your undertone look at your veins on your wrist. If green- you have yellow or warm undertone, if blue/purple- pink or cool undertone, if both- congrats, you probably have neutral undertone, you can flaunt all colors)
I have fair complexion with neutral undertone. So it looks kinda pale and bright on my lips when freshly applied. After about fifteen minutes it settles into a very light nude brown shade. I tend to blot the excess using tissue for a complete matte look.
