Hi beautiful! Today I am going to talk about another interesting hair care product from Deyga Organics. It is their Liquid Gold Hair Serum which is typically a blend of some nourishing oils but super light. It does not make hair look limp or sticky but makes it look a lot healthier and shinier. So if you haven’t ever used oils based silicon free hair serum then please keep on reading, you’ll probably wanna make a switch to oil based ones after reading this.

Price & Availability:

This serum is available on the website www.deyga.in along with other Deyga products. It is priced at Rs.750 for 30ml. Shelf life is 8 months.

Packaging:

Deyga Liquid Gold Hair Serum has a dropper bottle packaging which I love about it. This makes the application really easy and hygienic. It comes with a outer cardboard pack with plastic lids which makes this more secure. The glass bottle itself is very strong and sturdy, no chances of leakage or breakage while travelling.

Ingredients:

Deyga Liquid Gold Hair Serum contains, “100% organic argan oil, jojoba oil, carrot seed oil, flax seed oil, pumpkin seed oil, peppermint essential oil, vitamin E oil.”

How To Use:

“Drop some liquid gold on to scalp and give a gentle massage for the serum to penetrate in.”

Deyga Liquid Gold Hair Serum. Oil based, silicon free hair serum. Promotes hair growth, provides shine and lustre to the hair. Silicon free, organic, handmade and cruelty free.

My Experience:

I have always been a silicon based serum user, they never fail to provide an instant boost of shine to the hair. Well they are not the best choice for daily purposes. I always see a sudden dullness the very next day of application of silicon based serums. So this Liquid Gold Hair Serum from Deyga is my first ever oil based serum. I use it every day on my semi dry hair strands just the way I use any hair serum. Only on those days of a scalp TLC I put it on my scalp. It works so well on all hair types, I have tried this on my mother’s oily hair as well. The nourishing oils in this liquid gold serum locks in moisture into the hair strands and makes them healthier over time. It won’t show results right from the first application itself. With time it makes hair more hydrated, hence hair appears more lustrous. Also it does not make my hair look dull and coarse the next day like the silicon based hair serums do. So I feel this oil based serum works slowly but definitely runs ahead in the game. With this serum in my vanity I sometimes skip conditioner confidently, knowing that my hair won’t go all frizzy. Last but not the least, this hair serum boosts hair growth when applied on scalp as directed, so it literally gives me the best of both worlds kinda experience. The only thing that bothers me that it is a bit pricey, but it is great investment for damaged, dull hair. Just 3-4 drops are suffice for my shoulder length hair and I typically use 5-6 drops on my scalp which boosts hair growth insanely. My tiny little baby hairs have also grown longer because of this serum. So it is kind of like an investment, this bottle will last really really long even if it is used everyday.

Deyga Liquid Gold Hair Serum. Oil based, silicon free hair serum. Promotes hair growth, provides shine and lustre to the hair. Silicon free, organic, handmade and cruelty free.

Pros:

  1. Organic, handmade, cruelty free.
  2. Oil based serum, contains a blend of nourishing oils.
  3. Provides shine and boosts hair growth.
  4. Can be used in place of a regular hair oil.
  5. Can be used everyday for lustrous looking tresses.
  6. Does not make hair dull or coarse like those silicon based serums do.
  7. Does not make hair sticky or limp despite the presence of oils.
  8. Only a few drops are suffice so a little goes a long way.

Cons:

I personally feel the price is a tad bit steep, given that the shelf life is quite low. So by any chance if you don’t use it regularly it can get expired sitting on the stash.

Rating:

4.5/5. Would have given a full 5 star rating but I do think the price is a bit steep for this product.

Do I Recommend?

Yes, I recommend Deyga Liquid Gold Hair Serum to everyone. If you are into organic hair care products it is a must buy.

Will I Repurchase?

I will definitely repurchase the serum in future.
